Turning Vegan is an exploration,
usually of new delights – and
sometimes experimentation.
I thought I’d try an Apple Cider
that met the specifications. (I read
labels, these days, with even greater
care than before.) Ugh! So sour!
And I’d bought a whole six little bottles.
Then – light bulb in head – what if I add
a dash (or two) of Bitters? Ah! Now
it’s drinkable, it’s good. Aren’t I clever?
